Annual Local IT Showcase

The BDPA Central Illinois IT Showcase is an advanced technology forum where high school and college students from across the Central Illinois area demonstrate their research and theories in the field of technology.

The projects will focus on various information technology topics including, but not limited to: intelligent technologies (i.e., smart toys, machine learning, and genetic algorithms), wearable computing, web technologies, parallel computing, computing curricula, as well as the role of IT in everyday professions.

The showcase presentations will consist of demonstrations where applicable. Three trophies (first, second, and third place) and a grand prize will be made at each level:

  • High school
  • College undergraduates

All students will have their work acknowledged and will receive a participation gift for their presentation entries.

Students for each level will be selected as finalists. Every presentation will be evaluated by a panel of judges. Registration forms can be downloaded below. Please fill out the form pertaining to your type of participation and email it back to the event hosts:
