BDPA-CIL, Building IT Careers through Inclusion

All program meetings occur on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at The Attractive Alternative. The meetings consist of a free meal and a presentation by an IT representaive specializing on the topic. Open discussion is encouraged. Anyone interested in learning about new trends in the IT industry or career personal development should attend. Membership is NOT required. Meetings are open to the public. Parking can be found on the north side of the building. There are two large parking lots available. The entrance closest to the meeting room is located on the north side of the building. A BDPA-CIL officer will be available to guide you to our meeting room.

Speaker: Thomas "Ed" Barber - Senior Consultant, IconATG

Ed Barber is a Senior Consultant with IconATG and has over 30 years of software development and project management experience. Currently, he is part of a team that introduced Agile and Scrum practices to State Farm Insurance. Prior to State Farm, he introduced agile development to companies of various sizes in telecommunications, insurance, retail and finance. He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP).
